Service Description

This course starts from the 20th week of pregnancy, with 5 sessions of 2.5 hours. Part of the course cost is the Mongan Method Hypnobirthing book, a relaxation download and a handy booklet with Hypnobirthing tricks and hints. Some of the costs are paid by the insurance company (you need to check with yours).
